Proprioception training reduces injury

If like many people you are taking up or increasing your running as one of your new year’s resolutions, then we hope you find our January campaign on avoiding running injuries helpful.  The previous infographics showed how a strength training programme improves your running performance and helps to avoid injury. This infographic shows how a specific type of training called proprioception (balance) can dramatically reduce the risk of injury.

We advises that our regulatory bodies advise we continue with Covid-19 regulations of; – screening patients for Covid-19 symptoms, screening for categories which exclude hands on treatment, disinfecting clinics and wearing the required personal protective equipment (PPE).
