Strength training reduces acute, overuse and all running injuries

If like many people you have taken up or increased your running as one of your new year’s resolutions, then we hope you are finding our January campaign on avoiding running injuries helpful.  This infographic shows that implementing a strength training programme reduces the risk of both acute and overuse injuries.

We advise our regulatory bodies state we continue with Covid-19 regulations of; – screening patients for Covid-19 symptoms, screening for categories which exclude hands on treatment, disinfecting clinics and wearing the required personal protective equipment (PPE).
