Although the weather is currently saying otherwise, it is coming up to golf season. Here is Tom with some useful exercises to help improve your golf swing!

I was treated by Greg, really nice guy. I suffer with Mortons Neuroma and he not only gave me some treatment to help but he pointed out that the foot it's in is actually flat which has potentially caused the issue and could also explain why I have lower back issues. I now have made an appt with a podiatrist to get special innersoles. If it wasn't for Greg I'd have never got that looked at. He also gave me really helpful exercises to do at home and noone else ever gave me self treatment. Thank you, I will definitely return 😊

Cannot recommend Greg and the team at Metro physio enough.
