Metro Physio November Campaign.

If you are a keen skier or snowboarder who has missed the slopes during lockdown you have probably lost fitness and technique. So, we thought we would run our November campaign on avoiding winter sports injuries.  This post is to demonstrate a very simple but effective exercise to start building fitness for skiing or boarding, the full wall squat.

We politely inform you that although restrictions have significantly eased, our governing bodies advise we must continue to follow our Covid-19 regulations.  This involves screening patients for Covid-19 symptoms, screening for categories which exclude hands on treatment, disinfecting clinics and wearing the required personal protective equipment (PPE).
