Sit up straight to avoid back pain

Our October campaign is about the condition we treat the most which is low back pain.   This infographic shows how poor sitting posture significantly increases the strain on the lower back.  So keep working on ensuring you are sitting upright with your head in line with your body and avoid sitting for greater than 30 minutes. We advise although restrictions have eased, our governing bodies advise we must adhere to our Covid-19 regulations.  This involves screening patients for Covid-19 symptoms, screening for categories which exclude hands on treatment, disinfecting clinics and wearing the required personal protective equipment (PPE).
